TrendHR is partnering with a Fort Worth client to hire a Temporary Bookkeeper for a 30-day project supporting tax preparation and financial organization.
This is a hands-on, fast-moving role where you’ll work directly with ownership to clean up records, pull reports, and bring structure to the books during a critical period.
What You’ll Do
- Navigate QuickBooks Desktop to retrieve financial data
- Pull reports (P&L, balance sheet, general ledger, invoices)
- Organize records for CPA/tax filing
- Reconcile missing or incomplete documentation
- Review transactions and flag discrepancies
- Support ownership with bookkeeping and admin tasks
- Maintain strict confidentiality of financial data
What You Bring
- Prior bookkeeping or accounting support experience
- Strong QuickBooks Desktop experience (required)
- Experience supporting tax prep or CPA handoff preferred
- High attention to detail and strong organization
- Ability to work independently and move quickly
